Ordering
At Remedilux, placing an order is easy and secure. After choosing your products, add them to your cart and continue to the checkout page. Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly before confirming your order. Once everything is verified, you will be directed to the payment page, where you can safely complete your purchase through our SSL-secured system.
We support a variety of trusted payment methods, including major credit cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), PayPal, and other secure regional payment providers depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
We want your shopping experience to be completely stress-free. For that reason, we provide free shipping on all orders. There are no delivery fees, and no minimum purchase is required to qualify.
Processing and Delivery Time
After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders submitted during weekdays are often prepared within 24 hours, while orders placed during evenings, weekends, or holidays may require additional time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes between 5–12 business days for the UK and Europe.
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your personal tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay informed about its progress until delivery.
Delivery

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided or arrives with the same issue, you will be eligible to receive a full refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost or fails to arrive due to a shipping issue, we will send a replacement free of charge. If necessary, further resolution will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customs and Import Duties
In some cases, international shipments may be inspected by customs authorities. Following EU regulatory changes introduced on July 1, 2021, import fees may occasionally apply depending on your country. This is uncommon, but if you are charged any customs fees, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is not accepted or collected from a local pickup point, it may be returned to us. In these situations, we reserve the right to deduct a €14.95 fee from the refund amount to cover return shipping and handling expenses.
